I first had this when my aunty next door gave this some 4 yrs back.she told me it was a maharashtrian delicacy.And when i ate this ,it just melted in my mouth.I wanted to make this for a long time since then and here it is!!

- SAGO-1 CUP
- POTATOES-2 SMALL
- PEANUTS-1/4 CUP
- GREEN CHILLI-2 CHOPPED
- CORIANDER LEAVES CHOPPED -2 TBSP
- RICE FLOUR -1 TBSP
- SALT-AS NEEDED
- OIL-FOR DEEP FRYING
METHOD
- Soak the sago for 3-4 hours.Cook the potatoes well.
- Roast the peanuts on a medium flame.Cool down.Remove skin.Powder coarsely.
- Squeeze the sago properly draining the soaked water.
- Peel the potatoes and mash it.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Dont add water.It will form a dough together.
- Make medium sized balls out of it.
- Flatten gently to form a patty.
- Deep fry in a medium flame till completely cooked and golden brown.(it will take about 3-4 mins)
- Serve hot.
