METHOD
- WASH RICE AND KEEP ASIDE
- HEAT OIL+GHEE IN A PRESSURE PAN.WHEN OIL IS HOT, ADD CINNAMON,CLOVES,BAY LEAF AND FRY THAT TILL AROMA COMES.
- NOW ADD ONION AND FRY ON A MEDIUM FLAME TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
- GRIND TOGETHER GINGER ,GARLIC,CHILLI AND ADD IT.
- FRY TILL RAWNESS DISAPPEARS.
- NOW ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND FRY FOR 2 MINS.
- FINALLY ADD RICE,MINT LEAVES,CORIANDER LEAVES AND FRY FOR 5 MINS ON A MEDIUM FLAME.
- ADD 350 ML OF WATER.
- PRESSURE COOK FOR 1 WHISTLE.
- SERVE HOT.
