BROCCOLI AND PANEER CUTLETS

If you are trying out something new and it comes out to be a hit, you couldnt bee more happier!! Well i experienced that when i tried out this recipe.I recently happened to see many food blogs brimming with broccoli recipes. I too was cought up in broccoli fever and couldnt pass tryin this out.Thanks to jeyashri kitchen from where i adopted this recipe..:)

 THINGS U NEED


  • BROCCOLI-1 SMALL(SHREDDED)
  • PANEER-100GM SCRAMBLED (TRY MAKING UR OWN PANEER) AT HOME.
  • CORN FLOUR-1TBSP
  • BREAD CRUMBS-100GM
  • RED CHILLI POWDER-1 TSP
  • GARAM MASALA POWDER-1/2 TSP
  • SALT- AS NEEDED
  • GROUNDNUTS-50GM(ROASTED AND GROUND COARSELY)
  • MAIDA-1TBSP
METHOD

  • TAKE A VESSEL AND COMBINE TOGETHER SHREDDED BROCCOLI AND SCRAMBLED PANEER.
  • ADD RED CHILLI POWDER,GARAM MASALA POWDER,MAIDA,GROUNDNUTS.
  • MIX WELL TIGHTLY.MAKE EVEN SIZE BALLS OUT OF IT.
  • PLACE THE BALLS ON A PLATE.COVER IT USING A CLING FILM OR A LID AND REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINS
  • IN A SMALL CUT MIX CORN FLOUR WITH A 3 TBSP WATER TO MAKE A THICK PASTE  CONSISTENCY.
  • IN A PLATE KEEP BREAD CRUMBS.
  • HEAT OIL FOR DEEP FRYING.
  • TAKE OUT THE CUTLETS FROM THE FRIDGE.
  • DIP THEM IN CORNFLOUR+WATER PASTE FIRST AND THEN THE BREAD CRUMBS.]
  • DEEP FRY THESE ON A MEDIUM FLAME INITIALLY AND THEM HIGH FLAME TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  • SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO KETCHUP/MAYONNAISE.
NOTES.
  • WASH THE BROCCOLI AND DRY IT COMPLETELY BEFORE SHREDDING.
  • YOU CAN MAKE BREAD CRUMBS AT HOME. PLACE TWO SLICES OF BREAD IN MICROWAVE FOR 2 MINS.
  • LET IT COOL.IT BECOMES HARD.GRIND IT AND USE IT.
