SPICY POTATOES

I have to give credits to my brother actually.He was the one keeping an eye on it while cooking while i was busy.Goes best with any indian meal..great way to use up leftover potatoes..
THINGS U NEED
  • POTATOES-BOILED AND DICED -2
  • CHILLI POWDER-1 TSP
  • CORIANDER POWDER-2 TSP
  • TURMERIC POWDER-1/4 TSP
  • SALT-AS NEEDED
  • OIL-FOR SHALLOW FRYING
  • GARLIC CLOVES CRUSHED-4
METHOD

  • HEAT OIL IN A PAN
  • ADD GARLIC AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND NICE AROMA COMES.
  • ADD THE DICED POTATOES AND TURMERIC AND FRY ON A MEDIUM FLAME FOR 15 MINS
  • WHEN THEY TURN CRISPY ADD CHILLI POWDER,CORIANDER POWDER AND SALT AND FRY FOR 5 MINS ON MEDIUM FLAME.
  • NOW PUT ON THE LID AND KEEP THE FLAME LOW FOR 5 MINS.
  • GARNISH WITH CURRY LEAVES AND SERVE HOT WITH RICE.
