I was wondering for a long time why homemade dishes can come very close to restaturant style dishes but could never make a replica of it..yep i found out..That magic in gravis is nothing but 'BUTTER' and 'CREAM'. Now that u know these 2 magic ingredients go nd try and ull be amazed by the results..JUST BY ADDING CREAM,ive transformed my paneer masala into a restaurant style one.
