HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE

DREAM COME TRUE...!!!!! Yep i should say so..its always been a constant temptation to make this one and when i found out that it cant be more simpler..i couldnt wait any longer to do it..it just became a instant hit with me doin it over again n again..!!!!

THINGS U NEED

DARK CHOCOLATE-200GM FINELY CHOPPED( I USED CAMPCO)
MARGARINE-200GM (U CAN USE UNSALTED BUTTER IF U DONT GET)
BUTTERSCOTCH NUTS-50GM CRUSHED
RICE CRISPS-50 GM
ASSORTED NUTS-FEW

METHOD
  • FINELY CHOP THE DARK CHOCOLATE.THIS WILL SPEED UP THE MELTING PROCESS.
  • MELT TOGETHER CHOCOLATE AND MARGARINE IN A DOUBLE BOILER.

  • ADD THE BUTTERSCOTCH NUTS AND RICE CRISPIES.
  • TAKE A SPOONFUL AND ADD TO THE PLASTIC MOULDS (CAN ALSO USE SILICON MOULDS).
  • REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR.
  • IT WILL APPEAR LIKE THIS WHEN COMPLETE.
  • SERVE WRAPPED IN ALUMINIUM FOIL IN SMALL PACKETS
