INGREDIENTS
- FRESH PANEER-200GM
- ONION-1
- TOMATO-1
- GINGER-1 INCH
- GARLIC-4 CLOVES
- CARDOMOM-1 POD
- STAR ANISE-1
- CINNAMON-1 INCH
- CLOVES-2
- BAY LEAF-1
- CORIANDER-FOR GARNISH
- FRESH CREAM(OPTIONAL)
- CHILLI POWDER-1 TSP
- CORIANDER POWDER-2 TSP
- SUGAR-HALF TSP
- SALT-REQUIRED
- TOMATO KETCHUP-1TSP
- BUTTER-1 TSP
- OIL-2 TBSP
METHOD
- CUT PANNER INTO SMALL CUBES AND SHALLOW FRY IN 1TBSP OIL+BUTTER UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
- GRIND TOGETHER ONION,TOMATOES,GINGER AND GARLIC.
- HEAT OIL IN PAN,ADD CARDOMOM,STAR ANISE,CINNAMON,CLOVES,BAY LEAF AND FRY FOR A MINUTE.
- ADD THE GROUND PASTE AND COOK TILL MOISURE IS ABSORBED
- ADD THE SPICE POWDERS,SALT ,SUGAR ,TOMATO KETCHUP AND SPRINKLE SOME WATER.
- COOK ON A LOW FLAME COVERED FOR 10 MINS.
- FINALLY ADD THE PANEER CUBES AND SAUTE COOK COVERED FOR 10 MINS
- ADD FRESH CREAM AND CORIANDER AND SERVE HOT.
