A cross between ice cream and mousse.A royal indulgence.....

- MILK CHOCOLATE(You can also use semi-sweet chocolate)-100GM
- FRESH CREAM-200ML
- VANILLA ESSENCE-FEW DROPS
- EGGS-2
METHOD
- Melt chocolate with 2 tsp of water in a double boiler.
- Separate 2 eggs.
- Mix the yolks on by one in the hot chocolate mixture and stir well.
- In a separate bowl whisk egg whites till stiff with 3 tsp of caster sugar.
- In another bowl whip cream till stiff with 2 tsp of caster sugar.
- Gradually add the egg whites and cream to the chocolate mixture and mix well ill combined.
- Pour in small cups and freeze for 3-4 hours till set stiff.
HANDY TIPS
- It tastes more like a chocolate ice cream.
- You can add roasted nuts of your choice.
