MINI CHOCOLATE CUPS

A cross between ice cream and mousse.A royal indulgence.....


INGREDIENTS


  • MILK CHOCOLATE(You can also use semi-sweet chocolate)-100GM
  • FRESH CREAM-200ML
  • VANILLA ESSENCE-FEW DROPS
  • EGGS-2
METHOD

  • Melt chocolate with 2 tsp of water in a double boiler.
  • Separate 2 eggs.
  • Mix the yolks on by one in the hot chocolate mixture and stir well.
  • In a separate bowl whisk egg whites till stiff with 3 tsp of caster sugar.
  • In another bowl whip cream till stiff with 2 tsp of caster sugar.
  • Gradually add the egg whites and cream to the chocolate mixture and mix well ill combined.
  • Pour in small cups and freeze for 3-4 hours till set stiff.
HANDY TIPS

  • It tastes more like a chocolate ice cream.
  • You can add roasted nuts of your choice.
