GARLIC BREAD

I've always been fascinated by baguette and loved garlic bread sooo much!!..But eatin it out costs a lot of bucks..There's nothing as good as making ur own with home fresh ingedients and unlocking the secret at home!!!


INGREDIENTS
  •  BAGUETTE- 1 NO
  • GARLIC-7 BIG PODS
  • BUTTER-100 GMS
  • GARLIC BREAD SEASONING-I USED KEYA-2 TSP
  • FRESH CORIANDER-3 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED
METHOD

  • CUT THE BAGUETTE INTO FINE SLICES WITH A SHARP KNIFE.
  • PRE HEAT THE OVEN TO 200 DEGREE.
  • IN A BOWL MIX TOGETHER BUTTER,SEASONING,CORIANDER,MINCED GARLIC WELL.
  • SPREAD GENEROUS AMOUNT OF THE MIXTURE OVER EACH SLICE.
  • ARRANGE THEM IN A LINED BAKING TRAY.
  • BAKE AT 200 DEGREE FOR 7-8 MINS
  • SERVE HOT.
  • U CAN ALSO SPRINKLE SOME CHEESE ON TOP AND KEEP UNDER THE GRILL FOR 5 MINS FOR A VARIATION.
