I just love music!!!!! My moments of happiness, sadness, inspiration, motivation and what not have always been infused with music.I just couldnt live without it.Its been rightly said that music is a universal healer. And I I dono why for me its hard to explain what music does to me.So here is a poem inspired by music!! :)

The miscellaneous notes that swept away
Like lost angels in the midst of a snowy day
Magical breeze blowing past the dream
Graceful ballet by the spell-bound stream
Soul stirring,mind blowing inspiring tunes(chords)
Some tears that shine like a pearl in the light of moon
While some like the fire with the rage of anger
Universal healers of all day
Lasting till the day i stay.
So it was one such day that nothing went right for me. when i came home about to burst into tears, my mom took this out of fridge and gave me.For just a moment i was'nt aware of anything else. There started my love for this sweet. I dono whether it was my mom's love which added an extra flavour to this sweet that i dont like to eat ones made in sweet shops. For the happy ending those tears fail to come..Now for the recipe..:)

METHOD

TAKE A VESSEL AND KNEAD TOGETHER KOYA,MAIDA,BAKING SODA TILL A SMOOTH AND PLIABLE DOUGH IS FORMED.ADD MILK IF DOUGH IS TOO FIRM.

NOW KNEAD THE DOUGH ONCE AGAIN.

MAKE EVEN SIZE SMALL BALLS OUT OF IT.

DEEP FRY ON A MEDIUM FLAME TILL IT GETS A BROWN COLOUR.

IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 7-8 MINS.

AFTER COOKING ALL THE BALLS PUT INSIDE THE SYRUP.

LET IT SOAK OVERNIGHT IN FRIDGE

SERVE CHILLED/WARM.

I was wondering for a long time why homemade dishes can come very close to restaturant style dishes but could never make a replica of it..yep i found out..That magic in gravis is nothing but 'BUTTER' and 'CREAM'. Now that u know these 2 magic ingredients go nd try and ull be amazed by the results..JUST BY ADDING CREAM,ive transformed my paneer masala into a restaurant style one.

paneer masala- This recipe is modified by adding 100 ml of fresh cream(i used amul) at the end. Cook on a low flame for 7 mins and serve. This gives the most creamy and silky texture. Also that restaurant style taste..
